His knowledge lit up every corner of our trip-whether it was hidden history or local secrets, he shared it all with such genuine passion. He's brutally honest in the best way, keeping things real and fun without a hint of fluff. But what really stood out? His kindness-it radiates, makes you feel like family from minute one. We're so grateful for him; he made our adventure unforgettable. Theo, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

“We didn’t get to do this tour and the tour provider didn’t respond to our messages. We were on the NCL Epic and the ship was diverted to do a humanitarian rescue of 63 persons on a disabled boat. We had to reroute to a different port and drop them off so we weren’t going to make it to Santorini. Passengers were not informed until 8:30am. I immediately sent a message to the tour operator to let them know. No response. An hour later I sent another message…no response. I sent a quick Please respond to which they said we are all out on tours and will respond later. Ok.…”
